Students of finance major won the first prize for opera performance of non professional group in the fourth national Art Exhibition of College Students

From February 25th to March 2nd, the fourth national college students' art exhibition was jointly held in Tianjin by the ministry of education and Tianjin government. The graduate of Finance College Zhang Xiaoyue represented for Jiangsu province and won the first prize of opera non-professional group.

The performance started since March 2014 and was divided into provincial performance and national performance. In May 2014, Zhang Xiaoyue won the special award in Jiangsu province due to her performance in drama The Peony Pavilion. In December, Zhang Xiaoyue arranged the time reasonably with her partner in the face of heavy pressure of study and the research. They recorded the performance tensely and Zhang Xiaoyue carefully tracked the character’s mind, strive every look, singing and figure to perfection with the help of professional opera actors. In the national performance, Zhang Xiaoyue and her partner made perfect combination of the words in the article, tune, and dancing in Kun Opera The Peony Pavilion. When showing the character excellently, she performed the true love story between Du Liniang and Liu Mengmei incisively and vividly. Her performance won much applause. The track submitted to higher level was the only drama that won the first prize of non-professional group.

College students' art exhibition was the highest, largest and most widely influenced specifications in our country at present. Since 2005, the exhibition was held once every three years and had successfully held four times. The exhibition was oriented by the system of socialist core values and chose "my Chinese dream" as the theme, fully demonstrating the contemporary college students’ footsteps with motherland, times and dream, revealing the noble pursuit of life, elegant aesthetic taste and outstanding artistic talent of young students.
