The welcoming party "Golden time" for freshmen was successfully held ,thriving finance"In the evening of September 19th 2014, the School of economics and finance successfully held the welcoming party for freshmen "Golden time,thriving finance".More than 300 fresh undergraduates and fresh postgraduates and Rikui Li, who is the vice secretary of party committee of college , new teacher in charge and the counselor of all the staff has watched this party.The whole party was divided into three chapters-Youth,  Dream ,Action,which presented the significance of university to the freshmen from different perspectives. In the first chapter Youth, students they sang the praises of youth and danced passionately, showing the individuality and enthusiasm of youth. In the second chapter-Dream, the warm-hearted Video about thanksgiving enlightened students set sail on the way of youth and dream, with the appreciations to and the expectations of their parents. "Action" pushed the whole party to a climax. The poem "Youth is a too hasty book" suggested the freshmen that time and tide wait for no man, calling upon all the freshmen to interpret the youth by actions. The senior mentors danced to encourage the freshmen set off to pursue their dreams with good moods and optimistic attitudes.The party blend the study style construction, the development of international horizon and the characteristics of the college culture in the form of what students like. In order to let the students realize the importance of study more vividly, the directors specially arranged a crosstalk"such study" whose directors, screenwriters and actors all were the freshmen. They also made a giant "straight-A student certificate" to let students take photos. Through these humorous and interesting ways to let them realize the value and the importance of study. In addition, the Italian bel canto solo "The traveling moon"and the English song "Young Dream" by Brilliant choir from the School of  Economics and Finance, both let the freshmen feel the charm of the foreign cultures. It's a beginning of developing students' international visions.
