The first Science and Culture Festival opening ceremony of college of finance, which was also called Pinnacle Night of IMA, was held at Student Activity Center on the evening of October 29, Deputy secretary of the Party committee LiRiKui, Associate Professor PanJunChang, Associate Professor JiangTao, teacher DingShengHong, teacher WangRui, teacher ZhangJingQiu working in College of Foreign Studies, nanjing bank HR Huangkui and all the Counselor of college of finance attended this activity.
The Opening ceremony began in an ebullient dance, LiRikui made a speech and announced the first Science and Culture Festival’s inauguration. In his speech, He emphasized that with the integration of financial markets, economic is developing rapidly. However, comprehensively developed talents are few. To “chasing dream and educating international talents” as the theme, students are expected to cater for the times and develop international perspective. They are also encouraged to do more thinking, more practice, more innovation and strive to improve their professional competence and innovative research capabilities. They are supposed to shape themselves into international talent through these ways.
In the ensuing final IMA, contestants reported their understanding of the case and answered the judges' questions. Last IMA Management Accounting Case Competition East Division Winner also shared their experience with contestants. The judges made comments on the deficiencies existed in the competition, hoping the students to sharpen will, get further understanding of expertise and stand out in the future careers in business.
According to the news, the fifteen activities of Science and Culture Festival of college of finance will be held in the next eight months.
