Recently, our school and headquarters of Zijin Rural Commercial Bank held the opening ceremony of practice teaching base so as to lay a solid foundation for carrying out multi-levels、multi-fields and comprehensive cooperation. The director of dean's office of Nanjing Agricultural University Tian Wang, the dean of Finance College Chen Dongping, the chairman of Zijin Rural Commercial Bank Zhang Xiaojun, vice chairman Huang Weiping, vice president Zhou Shihua and other leaders attended the opening ceremony.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Wang Tian, and he expressed heartfelt thanks to Zijin Rural Commercial Bank for its support in talents cultivation. Mr. Wang pointed out that Nanjing Agricultural University was a key university directly belonged to the ministry of education and had a long history in rural finance, agricultural finance, farmer finance and other aspects. We treated this cooperation framework agreement as an opportunity to further promote the benign interaction, resource sharing and combined banks' capital and service advantages both with school talents and technology advantages together to create brilliant future.
Zhang Xiaojun, the chairman, expressed thanks to efforts made by Nanjing Agricultural University for talents conveying and hoped to strengthen cooperation in base construction of practice teaching.
Chen Dongping welcomed the part-time teachers team from Zijin Rural Commercial Bank on behalf of the institute. He suggested communicate or cooperate by regular or irregular lectures and develop human resources jointly to achieve mutual benefits.
Afterwards, Wang Tian and Zhang Xiaojun unveiled the practice teaching base nameplate together and held the engage ceremony of part-time teachers of Nanjing Agricultural University financial institute. Mr. Wang awarded certificates to Zhang Xiaojun and other part-time teachers.
The event was a realization of open education and a breakthrough of seeking joint development with companies. It aimed at strengthening the link of school and companies, giving full play to the advantages of university and enterprises’ personnel training, establishing cooperation platform as "enterprises choosing the right talents, talents choosing the right enterprises" and realizing benign interaction and resource sharing.
