On January 15th, Finance College of Nanjing Agricultural University and Gaochun Rural Commercial Bank’s established ‘the graduates’ workstation in Jiangsu province", which was jointly identified by the provincial education and technology departments and was unveiled at Gaochun Rural Commercial Bank.
At the opening ceremony, the director of the finance institute Chen Dongping said that the graduates’ workstation is a practice platform based on teachers in universities and banks. When talking about carrying out all-round cooperation in personnel training, team building and scientific research cooperation, etc, we will certainly lay a solid foundation to cultivate "one-stop" financial talents.
The governor of Gaochun Rural Commercial Bank Chen Guihua introduced the preparation and development experience of the bank and analyzed necessity and feasibility of building graduates’ workstation. He also expressed the prospect to build rural financial graduates’ workstation, realizing the integration of "production, study and research" and tripartite win-win of "school, bank, and talents".
The director of Jiangsu rural financial development research center Dong Xiaolin reviewed the history of friendly cooperation between Nanjing Agricultural University and Gaochun Rural Commercial Bank and was grateful to the bank for its scientific research base offered to masters and doctors.
At last, Luo Yingzi, party committee secretary of Finance College of Nanjing Agricultural University and Wang Renhua, chairman of Gaochun Rural Commercial Bank unveiled the nameplate of graduates’ workstation together.
