In the morning of October 27, Mr. Cregory Cooper, Director of Executive Education Program in Fordham University in New York and Mr. Chris Gao, Regional Director of Greater China came to visit our college. Vice DeanZhou Yueshu of the College of Finance, met with the delegation in the conference room. Vice Dean Zhang Longyao attended the meeting, along with some teachers of the College of Finance, Academic Affairs Office, Office of International relations, College of International Education and other relevant personnel.
Zhou Yueshu welcomed the visit of the Fordham's delegation and hoped that the two sides could further expand cooperation in more areas, such as teachers and students visits and postgraduate education on the basis of the IBB program. Later, Zhang Longyao introduced the basic situation of Nanjing Agricultural University and the College of finance, including the international exchange situation. Mr. Cregory Cooper was very grateful to Dean Zhou for her warm reception and introduced the history and school scale of the founding of Fordham University and GabelliSchoolof Business. He believes that the College of Finance of NAU and the GabelliSchoolof Business are quite similar in terms of student resources, advantageous subjects and development vision. The two sides have great potential and broad prospects for cooperation. He expects to carry out multi-level project cooperation with our school. Subsequently, the two sides conducted sufficient exchanges and enthusiastic discussions on the student summer program, study tour program, and inviting teachers to come to the school for lectures and cooperative research, and reached some preliminary cooperation intentions.
